Are all items truly handmade?
Yes! Every item in Rebecca's Gift Box is lovingly handmade by me. Because I use upcycled and one-of-a-kind fabrics, each piece is unique — colors, patterns, and fabric placement may vary slightly from photos. That's part of what makes your piece special!
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
It will be the same style and construction, but since fabrics are often one-of-a-kind, there may be small variations in print placement or color tone. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out before ordering.

How long does it take to make my order?
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to be made and prepared for shipping. I make each item to order, so your patience is truly appreciated!
Can I request a custom order?
Absolutely! I love custom requests. Send me a message or email me at rebeccasgiftbox66@gmail.com with your idea and I'll do my best to bring it to life.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
After your order is ready (about 2 weeks), please allow an additional 7–14 business days for delivery. Tracking information can be provided upon request. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the handmade nature of each item, I do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if there is a discrepancy with your order, please notify me right away at rebeccasgiftbox66@gmail.com and I'll do my best to make it right. See our full Refund Policy.
Care Instructions
How should I care for my item?
To keep your handmade piece looking its best, I recommend:
- Machine wash on a gentle/delicate cycle in cold water
- Lay flat or hang to dry — avoid high heat
- If ironing is needed, use a low heat setting
- Spot clean when possible to extend the life of the fabric
Note: Specific care may vary by fabric. When in doubt, gentle is always best!
